Terms & Conditions
• Any extra work other than mentioned in the BOQ will have to be decided on rates first before starting the respective work on site
• Final bill will vary in case of any changes in the material, design specification and / or Quantities from as mentioned in the final BOQ
• BOQs are inclusive of GST (i.e. 18%)
• As a security deposit for the project an undated cheque of 50% of the mentioned total project cost in final BOQ must be submitted by the client
• In case of any grievance or disputes of whatsoever nature for services or products used or provided by INTERIORWALE a division of BNA Design & Planning Pvt. Ltd., the courts, forums and tribunal in Ahmedabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction
