Payment Terms & Conditions
Paying for my Interiors
The payment structure follows a break up at different stages based on the progress of your project and the tasks that follow
• After preliminary discussions on your requirement, Amount of INR 10,000/- will be due to book INTERIORWALE for your home interiors. This is followed by the spatial planning layouts and references which we call as Concept Design Stage.
• On Finalization of furniture layout and Concept Design, 25% of the Design Consultation Charges will be due. This would be followed by the Design Development and 3D Rendering.
• At Design Finalization and 3D Rendering, 25% of the Design Consultation Charges will be due. This is followed by the Turnkey Execution quote of your finalized designs.
• Once the turnkey execution quotation is finalized, 40% of the final BOQ will be due. This is followed by the execution-1 stage of your designs on site.
• Execution would be done in 2 stages. The First stage comprises of erecting all the furniture units, Wiring of Electrification, False ceilings etc. Execution-2 stage is basically the finishing stage, where the work of Lighting and electrification fixtures, laying the finishes on furniture, Paint and polish works would commence.
• 45% of the final BOQ and Design consultation charges will be due to commence the execution-2 stage of your designs.
• The balance 5% of the final BOQ and Design consultation charges will be due before the submission of site.

Terms and conditions
• Delays in making a payment at any stage can cause a delay in the project completion. INTERIORWALE is not liable for any such delay.
• In case of project cancellation after 50% payment, we are unable to refund any money (Also refer to our cancellation & refund policy)
FAQ
1. Are INTERIORWALE services chargeable?
Yes, all INTERIORWALE services are chargeable. Based on the design, scope and expertise required, the cost will vary. However, all service costs will be included in your final bill of quantities (BOQ), which is an itemized sheet of all products, furniture and services, before you confirm your order.
2. Are INTERIORWALE services inclusive of taxes?
Your BOQ will have all the tax descriptions and you would be advised on this in detail whenever you need an explanation.
3. Why is there an expiry date attached to the quote?
INTERIORWALE follows market standards, and therefore we cannot exert any price control for services, materials or labor cost rendered by us or third parties. All prices are subject to change — except during the validity of the quote — because of market fluctuations
4. Do you charge for site visits?
While your INTERIORWALE designer will never charge you for site visits the number of site visits is limited. Please speak to your designer to know more.
5. What is covered under the final project cost?
The final project cost of your INTERIORWALE home interiors includes everything — furniture and products, design and management fee, charges for services, delivery and installation, taxes and warranty.
6. What is design consultation charge?
INTERIORWALE believes in complete transparency, which is why we disclose actual product and service costs to you with no hidden costs for design and project management. Therefore, we have a design consultation charge which depends on the type and scale of your project, to compensate for INTERIORWALE designer’s time spent on design and project management.
7. In what conditions the bill would vary from Turnkey Execution Quotation?
The Turnkey Execution quotation holds for the work done on site as per mentioned specifications and quantities. In any case if during execution if the specifications or quantities change due to any unforeseen reasons or your choice, the final bill would vary from the submitted Turnkey Execution Quotation. However, you don’t have to worry as your designer would update you on project cost prior any change.
8. Why don't you charge according to the square footage of my home?
The square footage of your home can never dictate the design and cost of your interiors. For instance, we’ve had projects where a bare minimum 3BHK’s interiors would cost lesser than intricate interiors for a 1BHK project. What this essentially means is, our transparent pricing ensure you’re charged based on the designs, furniture and products you choose and not on the mere square footage.
